We created a powerful tool to help your organization stay on top of onboarding new colleagues and create important compliance quizzes across the organization—the Onboarding & Compliance Training Module.
This training is designed to help you get the maximum benefit out of this module—even if you’ve already started working on it independently. We will tailor the training to your specific situation so that every instruction is valuable. Completing this module will make onboarding easier and faster for managers.
Enrollment in this training provides automatic ownership of the Onboarding & Compliance Training Module.
All trainees will:
- Create and edit onboarding and compliance courses.
- Create and edit onboarding and compliance quizzes.
- Monitor and follow up on quizzes.
- Monitor and follow up on courses.
- Learn to educate others and aid colleagues.
The training will consist of:
- Pre-session meeting—Clarify organizational needs and goals for the training.
- Training session 1—Introduction and hands-on training, including homework.
- Training session 2—Recap, follow-up on homework, and creating company-specific content.
- Follow-up meeting—Final recap and initial experience evaluation and guidance from Colibo consultant.
