It is now possible to assign selected users the role of department administrator within their own department. Previously, this role was reserved for system administrators, often resulting in only a few individuals having access to these functions.

The new role allows a department leader to independently manage their department page, tailored specifically to their department’s needs.

Help ensure that new department administrators are well-prepared for their tasks and the opportunities available with their department page.

In this training session, new department administrators will receive thorough instruction on how to manage their department pages. The training will cover:

  • Creating department covers and badges
  • Customizing sections
  • Tailoring sections
  • Using widgets
  • Customization and usage of sections for guests (users outside the department)

The training will take place in your own environment, focusing on a department page of your choice.
