Here’s how it works.
Colibo copies all your Acadre content. Any changes made within Acadre are updated in real-time so you always see the most recent files in Colibo.
Users can choose to synchronize specific documents and folders, making the platform extremely versatile for Colibo editors while also reducing the risk of duplicate content.
Changes to Acadre documents can only be made in Acadre, including changes to titles and descriptions. This acts as a safeguard for reliable record-keeping and control of your data.
However, users can also open and download documents, make comments, and change document settings using MS Office within Colibo.
